LUXA Ecosystem represents an architectural breakthrough in decentralized state machines, introducing a sovereign Layer 1 blockchain engineered on the Cosmos SDK framework and CometBFT consensus engine — LUXA Network (Chain ID: luxa-1). Overcoming the extractive dynamics of high gas barriers, ASIC monopolies, and speculative pre-mines, LUXA deploys a universal zero-barrier consensus model engineered to sustainably absorb 7,000,000+ pioneers without reserve exhaustion.

The protocol operates under an immutable supply ceiling of 1,002,500,000 LUXA, anchored by a Dual-Vault separation of powers: an Operational Mining Vault (500,000,000 LUXA) governed by a 10-year geometric halving emission curve and a Fibonacci harmonic streak matrix (Φ ≈ 1.618), and the Raqeem Council Sovereign Reserve (502,500,000 LUXA) secured by a native 3-of-5 Cosmos SDK multisig bound to 5 soulbound Ministerial Seals (Relics #0 through #4). SHARD convert at the fixed rate of 10,000 SHARD = 1 LUXA. Initial settlement requires 60 cumulative validated mining days, Sumsub KYC, and the network milestone; continuity is needed only to preserve the streak multiplier. Official access is available through Telegram, the web app, Android, and the Chrome Extension. Initial withdrawals incur an 8% LUXA or 4% SHARD withholding plus 0.001 LUXA or 0.0005 LUXA network gas, respectively. Subsequent L1 transfers have near-zero network fees from 0.0002 LUXA (200 uluxa).
