These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LUXA Ecosystem website, Telegram mini app, bot, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by LUXA Ecosystem SARL ("LUXA", "we", "us", or "our"), a company based in Casablanca, Morocco. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all laws applicable to you.
LUXA provides a Telegram-based mini app that allows users to earn LUXA and SHARD through in-app activities such as mining sessions, daily bonuses, referrals, and a rewards system. The Services may also include a non-custodial wallet, an internal ledger with a block explorer, and on-chain digital asset verification.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, including forfeiting associated in-app balances where permitted by law.
Mining rates, daily bonuses, referral rewards, and any future airdrop are determined at our discretion and may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time to keep the ecosystem sustainable. Participation in any reward program does not create an entitlement to future rewards of the same kind or amount.
NFTs and sovereign protocol relics minted on the LUXA blockchain are non-fungible cryptographic records registered on-chain. LUXA does not operate an open peer-to-peer trading marketplace, and relics are provided "as is" for protocol governance, verification, and sovereign identity purposes without warranty of speculative financial value or secondary market liquidity.
Certain activity within the Services may be recorded on a public or internal ledger. Once confirmed, this data is generally permanent and outside our ability to modify or delete, even upon request.
Withdrawals from the in-app ledger to a LUXA Layer 1 wallet are subject to server-enforced minimums: 0.01 LUXA for LUXA withdrawals and 1,000 SHARD for SHARD withdrawals. Withdrawal requests below the applicable minimum cannot be processed.
Processed withdrawals are subject to a protocol withholding calculated on the gross amount: 8% for LUXA withdrawals and 4% for SHARD withdrawals. Initial withdrawals also incur network gas of 0.001 LUXA for LUXA withdrawals or 0.0005 LUXA for SHARD withdrawals. Any applicable withholding and gas are deducted from the amount otherwise payable. Subsequent native L1 transfers have near-zero network fees from 0.0002 LUXA (200 uluxa).
Minimums, fees, and network parameters are enforced by the Services at the time a request is submitted. A displayed balance does not guarantee that the full balance is eligible for withdrawal; requests remain subject to account eligibility, identity verification, network milestones, and the applicable settlement rules.
The Services, including their design, branding, logos, and underlying software, are the property of LUXA Ecosystem SARL or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written consent.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LUXA Ecosystem SARL, its officers, and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or in-app balances, arising from your use of the Services.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
