These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LUXA Ecosystem website, Telegram mini app, bot, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by LUXA Ecosystem SARL ("LUXA", "we", "us", or "our"), a company based in Casablanca, Morocco. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all laws applicable to you.
LUXA provides a Telegram-based mini app that allows users to earn LUXA and Shards through in-app activities such as mining sessions, daily bonuses, referrals, and a rewards system. The Services may also include a non-custodial wallet, an internal ledger with a block explorer, and a peer-to-peer NFT marketplace.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, including forfeiting associated in-app balances where permitted by law.
Mining rates, daily bonuses, referral rewards, and any future airdrop are determined at our discretion and may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time to keep the ecosystem sustainable. Participation in any reward program does not create an entitlement to future rewards of the same kind or amount.
NFTs obtained or traded through the Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee the value, liquidity, or ongoing utility of any NFT. Peer-to-peer trades are conducted directly between users; LUXA is not a party to such trades and is not responsible for disputes arising from them.
Certain activity within the Services may be recorded on a public or internal ledger. Once confirmed, this data is generally permanent and outside our ability to modify or delete, even upon request.
The Services, including their design, branding, logos, and underlying software, are the property of LUXA Ecosystem SARL or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written consent.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LUXA Ecosystem SARL, its officers, and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or in-app balances, arising from your use of the Services.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
